Reservations & cancellations

Reservations are subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Conduct rules

• Life vests must be worn at all times in the water.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Excessive alcohol consumption or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.
• Visitors are responsible for their belongings at all times.

Liability

Balneario Buenavista is not liable for injuries, losses or damages resulting from failure to follow on-site safety rules. Use of our facilities is at the visitor's own risk.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, photographs, logos and designs — is the exclusive property of Balneario Buenavista or their respective authors. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the state of Quintana Roo.
